Listed below are a three hotel options for you to consider for your “festival” stay, all in Ocean Shores WA 98569, and all within a mile of the Ocean Shores Convention Center. “Management” at these 3 hotels are offering group rates to our dancers (even though the 3rd weekend in July is “high season”) on a first-come, first-served basis.
There are numerous other hotels within 1 or 2 miles of the Convention Center. None offered group rates other than the properties listed below. On your own, you may be able to make reservations less expensively in the Ocean Shores or in the Hoquiam/Aberdeen area. That said, buyer beware. Please do your own research before booking.

RV & Camping Facilities (Updated)
There is no RV Camping at the convention center, so here are some options. We encourage booking sites as early as possible. Waiting may result in loosing a space. BOOK NOW!!
There are other RV campgrounds in the area (e.g. there’s a Thousand Trails campground further north). The two listed below are both “nice”. Please Note the State Park campground in Ocean City will be CLOSED at the time of our festival.
Screaming Eagle Campground
Online Booking starts January 1, 2026
24 sites with water/electricity hookups (dump site on premises) NO “Square Dance” discount, but their rates appear “reasonable”. It’s about a 15-minute drive from the Convention Center. Reservations can be made beginning Jan. 1, 2026 online (not before).
Ocean Breeze Campground – KM Resorts
300+ sites with water/electricity hookups (dump sites on premises)
No “Square Dance” discount, but their rates appear “reasonable”.
10-minute drive from the Convention Center
It’s a “private” campground, but they occasionally allow for “public” use. KM does NOT normally allow non-owners to make reservations. Having said that, it’s all but assured there will be plenty of sites available during our festival at a cost of $75 per night.
Important Update:
There’s no need to call before April. AFTER April 1st, call the KM corporate office at (253) 896-4677 or (800) 392-5722 and ask for “Teresa” (please DO NOT call the Ocean Breeze campground number). Teresa will need to know that you’re attending the square dance festival, the size of your RV, number of slides, arrival and departure dates in order to make the necessary arrangements.
